About:

Calling all fitness friends! Our staff will get you moving in this fun, energetic, and individualized program. This class provides structured full body workouts, Sensory breaks, and social interaction with peers.

Who it is for:

ages 15 and up

Tuesdays at the Seven Hills Recreation Center.
Thursdays at the Gemini Center in Fairview Park.
